Nick Roberts

Nick has worked extensively with a wide range of organisations within the housing sector, helping to appoint Chief Executives, Executive Directors, NEDs, and Chairs.

Alongside his work within housing, he has also led searches for strategic leaders within education, procurement hubs, transport, NHS, central government, third sector and several large private sector organisations. As such his networks at Board, Director and Chief Executive levels are extensive.

A key focus of Nick’s work has been to appoint strategic leaders who are passionate about facilitating sustainable change, particularly attracting candidates from diverse professional backgrounds into new sectors.
