Louise has over seventeen years’ experience within the executive search and management consultancy sectors. She has delivered research projects over a wide range of organisations from Plc. to SMEs, and across a variety of sectors including Housing, Education, Not for Profit, Industry & Manufacturing, Consumer and Digital at senior and Executive level including NEDs and Chairs.
Her knowledge and experience is additionally valuable in her specialism in research projects across Housing and Local Government.
She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and is a member of our Race Affinity and Disability Affinity Groups with a particular interest in Neurodiversity.
Having recently gained a qualification in Understanding Autism Louise is committed to developing her knowledge and understanding in this area to promote inclusion in the workplace.

Louise is also a Swim England Level 2 qualified swim teacher and teaches swimming to children and adults.
