Darra has previously worked in management consulting, and policy and research roles for a variety of organisations in Ireland and Brussels, including advocacy bodies, private research companies and a Government Commission.

She has over 10 years of executive search experience across the UK and Ireland in both public and private sectors and is a passionate advocate of inclusive recruitment practices and enjoys working with clients to promote and achieve greater diversity in their organisations.
