Emma Berwick

Emma specialises in senior executive leadership and Non-Executive appointments and has experience of working with both the public and private sectors to identify talented leaders of the future. She has worked internationally and was based in HK SAR for four years; she also has Chief People Officer experience gained in the UK.

In the public sector Emma has worked with the GLA, systems regulators, NHS Trust boards, ALB’s and central government to deliver impactful and inclusive recruitment campaigns, with a particular interest in delivering complex assignments in the regulation, health, infrastructure, energy, transport and regeneration sectors. In the private sector Emma has worked with financial services organisations including asset managers, insurance companies and mutual building societies.

Emma is also a qualified yoga teacher.
