Elizabeth’s background prior to moving into Executive Search and Selection was in the public and not-for-profit sectors, where she held senior People Services leadership roles. Most recently, she led People Services provision for a global third-sector organisation.
A Chartered CIPD professional, Elizabeth holds a Master’s-level qualification in Strategic Human Resource Management. She has studied body language, leadership styles and working relationships, equipping her with valuable insights that she shares with her clients.
With many years of experience in Executive Search, Elizabeth specialises in building committed, effective, and highly skilled Not-for-Profit Boards and Executive teams.
