Mark Dobson

Mark brings a wealth of experience to GatenbySanderson as an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of experience working for the Big 4 audit firms.

He has worked with a range of private equity backed and owner managed businesses in the recruitment and wider human capital space, including businesses who work primarily with the public sector. Mark has held senior and Director level positions in companies with turnover in excess of £100m and has a proven track record of helping businesses identify and execute growth opportunities. Mark was awarded the “Deal of the Year” award at the 2022 Northern Finance Director Awards.

Mark is a strong advocate of automation, progress and simplification. Mark enjoys working with Delivery and Operational colleagues to ensure GS clients and candidates receive the efficient service they expect.
