Nick Cole recently joined as Senior Consultant in our Local Government team; with over a decade’s experience of recruiting Chief Executive, Director and Head of Service level, Nick will further enhance the expertise and offering of the team.
His track record includes high-profile appointments in social care, place-shaping and corporate roles across all tiers of local government. He has a strong sense of public service having previously served as a Parish Councillor and is currently on the Council of Governors at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust where he also sits on the Appointments and Remuneration Committee. Prior to joining us, he has worked extensively within Executive Search Consultancies.
Nick will be working collaboratively with our new Partners, Nancy Scott and Seb Lowe, who both joined GS last year, to offer fresh thinking to our clients, with a focus on helping local authorities navigate cultural and organisational change to shape better, more inclusive communities.
