Platform Housing Group is the largest social housing association in the Midlands. We are ambitious and last year alone, grew by 1,200 homes, taking our total number of homes to almost 50,000. We're much more than just houses; we build homes and strong communities and make a positive difference to the lives of our customers. We're investing in people and places to build a stronger, more sustainable future.

We're seeking a new Committee Member to join our Assets and Sustainability Committee. We are looking for technical skills, expertise and stewardship across our Group.  The Committee's essential duties include supporting and advising the Group Board on its asset management strategy and related investment, the Group's approach to sustainability, and all aspects of landlord health and safety and building safety compliance.

Specifically, we are looking for a strategic asset management leadership track record across an extensive property portfolio with an understanding of the social housing sector and regulation. You'll be able to scrutinise, challenge and strategically advise.  As well as professional knowledge and expertise, you will have a desire to make a difference to people's lives.

We estimate the average time required each month will be 1.5 days.
