At CCHA, we are passionately committed to our social purpose and to providing affordable, safe, good quality homes and communities for people to live and thrive in. Owning and managing around 7,200 homes in rural and urban communities across the north of England, we are securely funded and retain the highest ratings from our Regulator. With offices in Carlisle, Newcastle and Workington, and employing almost 300 staff, we are committed to investing more than £10m each year in delivering new homes, as well as creating employment and skills opportunities in our local communities.

This is an exciting time to join us as we embark on a transformative digital mission to redesign and elevate our services, enhance our customers experience and journeys, enabled by innovative and modern digital solutions. Our new Programme Manager will play a significant role in driving this impactful transformation, with a unique opportunity to positively impact CCHA’s customers and colleagues. Reporting directly to the Head of Transformation, Portfolio, and Projects, this influential role will lead the development and execution of a strategic, digitally focused program that promotes cultural, service, and technology-driven change.

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager who will be instrumental in designing and specifying new customer and colleague experiences and journeys, creating a future blueprint that encompasses key layers of CCHA's architecture, including business, application, data, and infrastructure. Your leadership skills will be critical in defining and delivering the programme and its guiding vision.

As a proactive leader, you will manage the programme team, fostering positive collaboration across various teams and functions as we work towards increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery, resulting in an improved customer experience across all channels. Your experience will demonstrate a strong track record in managing complex transformation programmes, encompassing successful stakeholder management (including developing positive relationships with partners and suppliers), and delivering meaningful communication and regular engagement opportunities to ensure continued buy in from our people and our customers. You will be adept at managing programme budgets, plans, risks, issues, and dependencies – in pursuit of delivering our new capabilities, targeted benefits and outcomes.
