As part of our vision, we are now seeking an equally ambitious Strategic Property Services Manager. As the most senior property professional in the authority, you will lead our small property services team to maximise the potential of our land and property assets. Holding the opportunity to work cross-organisationally, particularly with Major Development colleagues, on core programmes including the Western Growth Corridor and the growth of our City Hall public sector hub.

We are therefore looking to attract a RICS qualified strategic leader, passionate about the impact that the effective use of the Council’s land and buildings can have for a city like ours.  You will bring strong commercial asset management skills, alongside an innate ability to guide and support colleagues at all levels. You will be an innovative self-starter, with the ability to generate creative solutions and you will be an effective communicator who is influential, persuasive and self-confident, balancing strategic leadership with effective commercial management.
