About the role

We’re seeking an outstanding, experienced leader to join our Executive Team as Director of Children’s Health & Care. This is an essential role in the successful implementation of our services that specialises in providing high quality residential care, nursing and therapy to children and young people with epilepsy and other complex needs.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established multi-disciplinary team of professionals across our seven children’s homes and health agency (nursing and therapy). You will ensure the efficient delivery and continuous improvement of the services, ensuring best practice and compliance with relevant legislation.

Our services are all currently rated ‘Good’ by our regulators, Ofsted and CQC.

With your skills and experience as a  Registered Nurse (preferably with a specialism in paediatric, learning disabilities or epilepsy), along with your excellent knowledge of the regulatory frameworks of Ofsted and CQC, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and developing our offer for 2025 and beyond.

This role will usually work on site Monday to Friday but will require flexibility to meet service needs.
