Do you want to be part of a progressive, creative organisation, where a commercial approach supports the delivery of social value outcomes?

Together Housing Group is seeking applications from ambitious professionals who are interested in becoming our next Risk Management and Audit Committee Chair at an exciting time for our organisation. We manage over 38,000 homes, and our footprint stretches from the east to the west coast, throughout Lancashire and Yorkshire and as far south as Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.  In 2025 we will be developing our new Corporate Plan to take us through the next five years of our strategic direction.

We are particularly interested in candidates who will bring to our Group:

  • An accountancy qualification (CCAB or CIMA).
  • Strategic experience gained in a regulated sector.
  • The personal and professional skills required to be an exceptional Committee Chair.

Together Housing is committed to equality, diversity & inclusion and it is one of our goals that our governance structures reflect our tenant base and the wider communities in which we operate.  We are therefore particularly (though not exclusively) looking for applicants from a diverse background and applicants with a disability as these groups are under-represented in our current governance structures.

The time commitment is anticipated to be c3-4 days per month, including reading papers and meeting preparation.
