We are now seeking a professional with experience of delivering excellent customer service to join our executive team in the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Operating Officer, you will embed customer service throughout the organisation and lead our housing teams to deliver a service where we exceed customer expectations. The work of teams throughout Stonewater makes a real difference and it is vital that the customer voice is heard in every part of our organisation.

We are looking for a strong leader who is able to set a clear vision for the future to deliver modern services within an increasingly complex environment. The successful person will be adept at managing a wide variety of stakeholders, leading large, remote teams, removing silos between core operational services and personally driving performance.

You will empower your teams to deliver to the highest standards through first class operational delivery and embedding the right digital customer systems and platforms to ensure we can continue to enhance our modern and dynamic culture. Our new Chief Operating Officer will be experienced at a senior level and won’t be afraid to challenge our thinking. You will be joining a high performing executive chief officer group who question and problem solve from each other’s perspectives to genuinely contribute to delivering the right outcomes for our customers and colleagues.
