Interim Head of Employee Relations and Transformation

Remuneration: c. £70,000 pa

Start Date: ASAP - April

Location: Remote contract

Contract Duration: Up to 6 months

 

About the Role

We are working with a mid-sized social purpose charity to recruit an Interim Head of ER and Transformation for a period of up to 6 months.  This is a remote contract, although travel for occasional meetings may be required.

The successful candidate will lead the organisation through a period of significant transformation.  Overseeing complex ER cases and driving organisational change initiatives.

 

The Candidate

  • Candidates must have a CIPD qualification
  • Previous experience in a charity setting
  • Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practice
  • Proven track record of managing trade union relationships
  • Demonstrated success in an HR leadership role
  • Proven experience of successful leadership in a remote environment
