Jan Gooding was Chair of Stonewall and held numerous marketing leadership positions working with companies ranging from Aviva, BT and British Gas to Diageo and Unilever. She is a non-executive Chair of Given and PamCo, qualified Coach & President of the Market Research Society. She talks to Sam Ellis about some of her own early experiences of discrimination and how that shaped her motivation to forge a new career path.
