James Spearpoint joins GatenbySanderson as Senior Consultant in our Leadership & Talent Consultancy Team, bringing 17 years’ experience consulting to a range of public and private sector organisations, both in the UK and around the world.
He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, specialising in executive assessment and development, qualified in a range of psychometric instruments and uses a combination of science and his long-standing experience of assessment to help clients make informed decisions about their hiring, promotion and succession planning needs. He has worked alongside executive search professionals for 12 years, and prior to joining GatenbySanderson led the London assessment practice of a global headhunting firm.
