Not for Profit
Our substantial not for profit practice has grown rapidly in recent years, as the sector has experienced dramatic change. Our passion is finding great leaders who can unlock the potential of charities today.
Our team is exceptionally experienced in the field and specialises in appointing Chairs, Trustees and Chief Executives; we also support clients on Director-level recruitment where our focus on original and fresh executive search will add value. We recruit right across the sector, for service delivery and campaigning charities, grant-giving trusts and foundations, membership bodies and think tanks, and in most areas of interest.
Recruiting at the highest levels of a large, diverse and constantly changing sector means our assignments are often complex. We work in strong partnership with our clients throughout every recruitment process and guarantee a responsive, personalised service focused on finding outstanding people who bring the passion and commitment you need, with the right values, skills and experience. We put people first: to support our approach, alongside executive search we offer in-house psychometric assessment and leadership development services, board facilitation and evaluation, and provide career advice and coaching to aspiring and developing leaders. We have strong partnerships in place with Cass Business School Centre for Charity Effectiveness, Women on Boards and NCVO.
Our recent clients include Wellcome Trust, Big Lottery Fund, Big Society Trust, Lloyds Bank Foundation, Historic Royal Palaces, English Heritage, Heritage Lottery Fund, Scope, Ambitious about Autism, BeyondAutism, Dyslexia Action, Young Epilepsy, Contact a Family, WWF UK, Environmental Defense Fund, Aegis Trust, NCT, 4Children, Toynbee Hall, Academy of Social Sciences, NatCen, CILIP, WRAP, Keep Britain Tidy, Nominet, Nominet Trust, Centre for Ageing Better, Power to Change Trust, Changing Minds Group, Joseph Rowntree Foundation, the Church of England, Beanstalk, Blue Sky and Brain Research Trust.
