Not for Profit
Our substantial not for profit practice has grown rapidly in recent years, as the sector has experienced dramatic change. Our passion is finding great leaders who can unlock the potential of charities today.
While we have always worked for charities, demand for our services in the Not for Profit Sector grew sharply in 2011, prompting us to establish our specialist dedicated practice as a centre of expertise. Over six highly successful years, we have consolidated our extensive knowledge, experience and track record with an exceptionally broad range of charities. We have built a substantial specialist team that is both led and supported by recruiters and leadership development specialists with deep experience of the issues relating to senior talent in the Sector.
Although we have never viewed the Practice in isolation, we have built it up to focus on the Sector’s specific needs and characteristics and are now recognised as a leading provider of executive search and selection, interim leadership and leadership development services. The quality and dedication our Practice brings is underpinned by annual thought leadership, which has included Thriving in the Age of Disruption: how leaders are adapting for the future (2016) and The Chair / CEO relationship: a complex marriage that can stand the test of time (2017).
In 2016 alone the Practice filled almost 100 leadership appointments; the team came into contact with almost 1,000 leaders through its assignment work, and our searches and thought leadership touched many more than that. We actively welcome opportunities to shape, and be part of, the debate.
