Jody is a Senior Partner and leads the Leadership and Talent Consultancy. An experienced talent practitioner, Jody has led commercial consulting teams for many years, designing and delivering development, assessment, talent and succession planning projects for executive clients across varied sectors. Her board and top team development work includes developing national programmes for leaders in health and education, executive assessment, coaching, restructuring support and leadership coaching through change. Jody is a strong advocate of the values of public life and brings a wealth of private and not for profit experience through assignments with clients including global telecoms, finance and asset management firms.
Prior to her consulting career, Jody accrued 10 years’ experience in industry in HR and development roles. She earned her business degree in her home town, Sydney, is accredited to use a range of psychometric and diagnostic tools and is an experienced executive coach and qualified NLP practitioner.
