Alex is a seasoned specialist in Executive Leadership, Chair, Treasurer, Trustee, and Non-Executive appointments within the not-for-profit sector, with a strong focus on Social Care. With over a decade of expertise in the Not For Profit sector, Alex has successfully led complex and high-stakes appointments, embedding principles of diversity, equity, and accessibility into every stage of an executive search process. He is committed to making impactful appointments, attracting candidates with lived experience and placing leaders of the future from across the not for profit, public, and commercial sectors.

Beyond his professional achievements, Alex serves as Chair of the Trustee Board at HomeStart Southwark, where he drives initiatives that enhance organizational capacity and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the charity. Additionally, he is the co-chair of our Race affinity group and an active member of the Disability affinity group at GatenbySanderson, demonstrating his passion for fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
