Andrew’s previous experience includes being responsible for the executive recruitment strategy at a boutique Leadership and Search Consultancy. His roles supported high profile clients with a wide range of recruitment services, including end to end managed services of large-scale Digital programmes. With a strong recruitment background in Digital Change and Transformation leadership roles for both the private and public sector, Andrew joined us to specialise in search, and work closely with the DDaT practice to support its expansion.
He is passionate about building and nurturing relationships with technology, digital and data professionals across a diverse client portfolio, and is committed to ensuring a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.
