Ben Parsonage

Ben has over 15 years of recruitment experience and has helped London boroughs, counties, and districts appoint to positions across Children’s Services, Corporates Services, and Place-based services at Head of Service, Assistant Director, Director, and Executive Director levels.

He has a particular interest in helping local authorities find people who cannot just deliver services, but who can positively impact an organisation’s culture and play a part in local government. Thereby solving some of the big challenges society currently faces around inequality, social injustice, and climate change.
