Chane’ Parsons

Chane’ joined us in June 2023 as a Researcher from a boutique search firm. She has worked within the private sector, mostly across Private Equity and PLC environments, supporting campaigns across both interim and executive search. She is now looking to use her experience to bring value to the public sector, by placing senior leaders who can make a difference.

She has been recognised for being tenacious and has often worked on tough, drawn-out searches due to difficult market conditions and locations. As a Principal Researcher, she supports every Campaign to the best of her abilities, ensuring we place leaders that will make a positive impact on the organisations we support. Her approach ensures every candidate is looked after, clients are kept up to date with the campaign and her colleagues are equally supported by her during the search process.

Her earlier career in project management and consulting ensures she brings a broader, well-rounded and flexible approach to everything she does. She has a passion for process, and enjoys making new long-lasting relationships.

Interesting Fact
Chane’ holds a BA Degree in Interior Design which she attained whilst working three part-time jobs, it’s also the main reason why she has a love for coffee after all those late nights!
