Craig is a career recruiter whose early career included a decade supporting public sector clients with senior finance appointments and establishing an Interim Practice specialising in appointing senior leaders into the NHS. Since then, his primary focus has been delivering work across Social Care, Education and Public Health within Local Government.

With a national remit supporting clients, candidates, and colleagues alike, he takes a keen interest in supporting those who are entering the interim leadership market for the first time, as well as continuing to assist those that he has worked with for many years.

Craig’s experience spans appointing into extremely tough improvement roles, innovation fund backed roles, Local Government Reorganisation, consultancy contracts as well as more traditional gap cover requirements. These are broadly at Director, Assistant Director, and Head of Service level.

His internal focus is the growth and development of the Interim Leadership team with a focus on training, practice improvement and quality assurance as well as representing the team within the senior leadership team.
