Delicia Coutinho

Delicia started her career in Executive Search working for a boutique firm in London and later joined a leading management consulting firm. She is an experienced Researcher who has worked internationally on mandates across Europe and US for private sector clients within Transport, Infrastructure and broader Industrial.

One of Delicia’s passions is to bring a fresh perspective to identifying and engaging with diverse talent in the Local Government and Housing sectors.

She holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City University of London.
