Emma Pickup

Emma’s career pre-recruitment was as a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Human Resource Services business advising organisations in the public and private sector in respect of innovative and efficient reward structures.

Emma joined GatenbySanderson in 2008 and has recruited to a wide range of executive and non-executive Board positions within Acute and Mental Health providers, commissioning organisations, Regulators and Integrated Care Systems.

In addition to this Emma has experience of recruiting to Board roles within Central and Local Government and Not for Profit sector.

Emma is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
