Fiona specialises in Executive and Board roles and brings over 20 years of executive search experience in the Not-for-Profit sector.

She began her career as a Researcher for executive search firms in the private sector, and now primarily focuses on Global Development. Fiona previously built and led an international executive search team working with philanthropic foundations, INGOs and other non-profits.

Her track record includes Chief Executive and leadership appointments for both established organisations and start-ups in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and the UK. Fiona also brings client-side insight, having led recruitment at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), a Swiss-based foundation working to end malnutrition.

She has experience and knowledge across a range of thematic areas including Programmes, Evidence Measurement and Evaluation, Communications, Policy and Advocacy, and Resource Mobilisation.

Fiona has a sound knowledge and expertise of delivering searches with equity, diversity, and inclusion at their core and is passionate about finding the right people to lead the delivery of sustainable impact.

She has an MSc in International Human Resources and is Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified. Fiona enjoys trail running and is on the board of a local charity that brings heritage and community projects together.
