Frazer has dedicated his 17+ year career in executive search to supporting public sector clients in finding the most talented leaders to serve and represent communities in local authorities across the UK.
Frazer is passionate and active in supporting our commitment to increasing diversity of leadership in public services. Supporting individuals from underrepresented groups, he participates in several talent programs to elevate these candidates into senior roles in Local Government. He works closely with many organisations and partners to support a broad array of talent initiatives, such as working with the Upon Programme to support aspiring DCSs, UNIFY & Leadership Now! to support future Housing leaders, ADEPT to support their Leadership Development Programme for aspiring Place Directors, and the BAME Planners Association to support planners from underrepresented groups into more senior roles.
