Gary joined us in 2012 specialising in senior local government search and selection. His focus has been developing our search offering across Wales and the North of England and growing our presence in this area.

He is a highly experienced recruitment professional who has worked on a wide range of senior appointments at Chief Executive, Director and Heads of Service level across the full range of local government services.

Gary’s emphasis has been working with strategic leaders who are passionate about facilitating sustainable change; particularly attracting candidates from diverse backgrounds to support local government deliver high quality, value for money services. He has a particular interest in organisational change, economic growth, and community engagement; as well as transitioning individuals across sectors and bringing commercial skills into the public sector.
