Hilda Gjika

Hilda started her career in Executive Search in London in financial services, specialising in EMEA Capital Markets.

She joined us with extensive search and selection experience and works nationally and internationally across the wide client base of higher education.

Over the past couple of years her work has included campaigns on senior academic and professional services roles for universities, such as Edinburgh, Reading, Birkbeck and University of London, as well as senior appointments with regulators and non-departmental government bodies, such as the OfS and UKRI amongst others.

Hilda graduated with a master’s degree in political Sociology from the University Paris Diderot in France.
