James has over 17 years’ experience consulting to a range of public and private sector organisations, both in the UK and around the world. He has worked alongside executive search professionals for 12 years, and prior to joining us led the London assessment practice of a global headhunting firm.
He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, specialising in executive assessment and development. Qualified in a range of psychometric instruments James uses a combination of science and his long-standing experience of assessment to help clients make informed decisions about their hiring, promotion and succession planning needs.
