Julia Roberts

Julia’s earlier career included leadership fundraising roles at UCL, St Martin-in-the-Fields, Cranfield School of Management and King’s College London before moving into executive search in 2008.

She brings over 20 years of experience working in the higher education and not-for-profit sectors, first as a development professional and most recently in executive search. Prior to joining us she worked for two other prestigious Executive Search firms as Partner and Director of the Education Practice respectively.

Julia’s hands-on experience of working in education and the wider not-for-profit sectors has equipped her to intrinsically understand the complex and individual needs of clients. In addition, her experience of being both a client and a candidate means Julia strives to provide an excellent experience for both parties.

Her current role involves leading on a range of leadership roles for a broad range of universities and charities.

Julia also has substantial experience helping organisations re-shape their senior leadership teams during times of organisational change.
