Katherine’s early career included working on internal senior recruitment and digital development for a multi-national blue-chip. This saw her move into a market-leading search firm furthering her expertise in Infrastructure and Transformational Leadership recruitment. Her work has been directly in the public sector, supporting new and growing technology firms across the Midlands.

As a Senior Researcher within the DDaT Practice Katherine has spent her career with us recruiting senior management professionals across a diverse portfolio.

She is passionate about supporting and developing diverse leaders and future-talent within technology.
