Katrina Paget

Katrina gained her experience as a Regional Director for a large international search business, and prior to that worked as a solicitor and Deloitte consultant.

She joined us in 2005 and leads the Regulation and Professional Standards practice and our work in handling high volume panel and committee member roles for regulators.

Katrina brings particular expertise in handling complex cross-sector appointments. She has managed numerous high-profile Chief Executive, Director, Chair and Board appointments across Regulation, Membership and Professional Standards, Central Government, Ombudsman and in the Faith sector.
