Khadeeja Khalid

Khadeeja joined us as a Researcher in February 2023 working across our Central Government, Regulation and Faith practices. She has worked in executive search since January 2021, and prior to joining us was Joint Head of Research in another firm.

Previous clients include the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, UK Statistics Authority, EY Parthenon, Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, The Elders, The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, Action for Children, and the University of Edinburgh.

Khadeeja has worked on executive and non-executive appointments across a diverse range of sectors.

She recently placed candidates with the House of Commons Committee on Standards and worked with Westminster Abbey to appoint their first Board.
