Martyn Brereton

Prior to joining us Martyn worked for the John Lewis Partnership specifically within the food arm of the business Waitrose. This involved a broad range of areas including recruitment, handling of disciplinary and grievance cases, partner development, managing health referrals and leading implementation of key business projects.

After nearly 20 years of working within the Retail environment as a Senior Manager with Waitrose he decided to take a change in career direction joining us in June 2022 as an Assistant Researcher focusing within the DDaT executive search.
