Michael Dobson

Michael has previously worked in both private and public sector executive search, specialising in key corporate services leadership positions both executive and non-executive.

Since joining us over 5 years ago as operational lead for the Central Government practice his focus is on Senior Civil Service and non-executive positions, across all practice areas and disciplines.

Michael’s experience has seen him work for both large scale FTSE environments, as well as start-up operations, therefore he brings a strong balance of experience, with an underlying expertise in Central Government executive search.

In an earlier life, Michael played professional Cricket for Northamptonshire CCC and was a sports scholar at Loughborough University.
