Michelle Atkinson

Michelle has been recruiting senior leaders in the public sector for over 12 years, initially as a Researcher before becoming a consultant in 2014. Michelle is experienced in both Executive and Non-Executive board roles, and has worked nationally across providers, Systems, the private and not-for-profit sectors and regulation.

She has a strong interest in diversity and inclusion and has led work on our Insight Programme and she is currently a Vice Chair of our Disability Affinity Group.

Interesting Fact
Michelle has previously run two Marathons and has recently taken up Triathlon. In both sports, what she lacks in natural speed and talent, she makes up for in enthusiasm and optimism!
