Neil Majhu

With over 17 years of experience in account management, business development, and coaching, Neil has built an impressive career spanning both the public and private sectors. He is highly skilled in navigating government frameworks and developing bespoke solutions to address unique customer challenges. Known for cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers, Neil is widely regarded as a trusted advisor within the Learning and Development space. With more than 9 years of experience in the Learning sector, Neil has worked extensively on senior leadership programs and successfully led highly complex projects, including digital solutions and operational transformation initiatives. He really enjoys the entire project lifecycle, from shaping the vision, helping to design a tailored solution, and then driving its delivery through to a successful completion.  

Outside of work, Neil has been training in Taekwondo for over 30 years and holds a 4th Dan Black Belt. He has competed internationally and teaches twice a week.
