Niamh Blair

Prior to joining us Niamh was a Civil Servant working on policy development and recruitment, latterly for the Department for Work and Pensions in their Senior Civil Service recruitment team.

As a Delivery Consultant on the Health team, she supports the team nationally on senior appointments across a breadth of Health and Social Care organisations, with focus on those in the North and Midlands. Niamh has gained broad experience of public sector recruitment and is now focusing on senior roles across the health sector.

Interesting fact or career highlight
Niamh is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a MSc in Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis from King’s College London.
