Peter Buffoni

Peter has enjoyed a varied career, having worked over a decade in the emergency services, four years in the military and a similar amount of time as both a civil and Crown servant in Central Government and the Ministry of Defence.

For over five years he was on the board of a national charity, working with the Prisons and Probation Service and is therefore well placed to lead our relationships with the Home Office, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence and their wider executive agencies and delivery bodies, including policing and fire and rescue services nationally, where he has delivered senior roles across each area during his 15+ year search career.
