Rachel started her executive search career in a boutique firm based near Brighton, which involved supporting FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 clients, amongst other private and public sector organisations, across a diverse range of sectors, based both in the UK and internationally.

She is an experienced research professional leading on the identification and attraction of high-quality candidates for Executive and Non-Executive appointments in our Housing and Local Government Practice.
