She has advised clients on talent management and attraction strategies and partnered with many high-profile and multi-national organisations across a variety of industries both in the private and public sector.
Within the Central Government practice, Tracy specialises in the delivery of senior executive and non-executive senior appointments, across a diverse portfolio of clients within Central Government departments, various Non-Departmental Bodies and Executive Agencies.
